I can’t believe how hectic it has been lately – it’s been birthdays & traveling on the weekends for weddings for Mr. Photographer (aka boo) and I. On today’s post, I’m sharing my brief experience in Denver, CO! We were in Denver this past long weekend for a good friend’s wedding (mazels J & S!). We flew in on Friday afternoon and because the boo was in the wedding party and had many groomsmen duties, I targeted one specific location for a photo shoot on Friday afternoon before the celebrations began. We will most certainly be back to Colorado another time to explore Boulder, Breckenridge, and Vail! The location I knew I had to check out was the RiNo (River North) Art District. Wicker Park // Street Art

Hello sunshines! Hope you are all having a great 4th of July weekend :)! Wicker Park is one of my favorite areas–there are many AHMAZING restaurants + bars and cute little shops. We ate at Big Star (best tacos + margaritas), roamed around afterwards and found these cool walls of street art to take pictures at. Of course, ended the day with a 4th of July chocolate sprinkles donut from Stan’s Donuts (YUM). It’s been a chilly few days in Chicago so I opted for white jeans instead of a flowy dress or skirt. I don’t mind a cool summer though! Nice change from the 90 degree weather a couple of weeks ago. Links to my wardrobe below :)! Shirt: American Rag – Macy’s (sale!) // Pants: Flying Monkey // Purse: Louis Vuitton // Shoes: Kelly & Katie – DSW // Necklace: Baublebar // Sunnies – Kate Spade and Wander & Co. // Watch: Michael Kors // Lips: Tarte LipSurgence Lip Gloss (Blushing Bride)
